At My Little Cakepop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home baking and decorating supplies. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all components are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the Items
Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once we inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any original shipping fees.
